Current Vacancies

We are seeking residential valuation surveyors to cover locations throughout England and Wales. Work undertaken will either by valuations only or a mixture of valuation and survey instructions. Instructing sources may include high-street lenders, specialist lenders, local authorities, and private clients. We are currently considering applications for Employed, Zero Hours, and Consultant positions.

We offer a negotiable salary/bonus structure or fee split and will consider flexible working patterns. Employees also receive a car allowance or company car alongside a mileage allowance. All staff are guaranteed formal CPD plus we offer plenty of informal CPD throughout the year.

Employed and Zero Hours employees will receive the necessary IT equipment for the role, along with the subsidy of RICS fees and VRS fees. Additional benefits may be available if required.

Consultants will complete all work under the Pinnacle Surveyors brand and will be covered by our Professional Indemnity Insurance.

Please note there may be some panel restrictions, therefore we will need to consider your other panel appointments before progressing with your application.
