With a combined experience of over 150 years, the Pinnacle Surveyors Head Office team are highly knowledgeable in surveys, property, and mortgages.

Based in our Head Office on Stores Road in Derby, our workforce consists of three teams of staff members.

The Admin Team are the first point of contact for any new business from private clients. They will review your property and your requirements, then provide you with a quote for your preferred service. They will handle your case from quote to completion, and also be on hand for any queries you have after receiving your report. The team also deals with typing and sending out reports, and maintaining our accounts.

The Relationship Team are the first point of contact for Lenders, Panel Managers, Brokers, and Local Authorities. They provide availability for potential instructions and maintain the relationship with our longstanding clients.

The Contact Centre Team focus on booking appointments for inspections. They contact applicants, estate agents, and vendors to gain access information and book appointments for surveyors. They will be your main contact if we have been instructed to value your property.
