Appointment Booking Options
Do you need to book an appointment with us for a surveyor to visit your property?
Do you struggle to contact our office during our working hours due to your own commitments?
We may have the solution for you!
When we receive a Mortgage Valuation request from a Bank or Building Society, as long as we have been provided with your mobile number, wherever possible our first contact with you will be to send you a text message with a link for you to be able to book your own appointment. This enables you to do this at your convenience outside normal working hours.
However, if you would prefer to discuss this over the phone, that is no problem at all! Please contact our office during our normal working hours (9am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday) where our Booking Team will be happy to help. Alternatively, our team will contact you within 24 hours to speak to you to book your appointment.
If you choose to book your own appointment, you will receive a text message like follows:
Please follow the instruction from the link to book your appointment. You will then receive a text the evening before your appointment (around 5pm) advising you of the hour and a half time slot.
