Meet The Team - Gemma Byrne - Appointment Scheduler

Continuing our 'Meet The Team' series of Blog posts to allow our website visitors the chance to find out a little more about our staff.

Today we introduce Gemma Byrne, and we asked her a few questions:


Background/Previous experience:

I have a degree in Journalism and Media Politics from The University of Chester. I have been working in an HR/Admin role for the past 6 years.


How long have you been working for Pinnacle Surveyors?

9 months


What does your job entail? Which surveyors do you look after?

I schedule appointments for our Sevenoaks, Rochester and Coventry surveyors.


What do you enjoy about working at Pinnacle Surveyors?  

Learning about different areas of the country, the sense of achievement I get from knowing I have successfully booked my surveyors up for the day/week/month with minimal travel in-between appointments, or squeezing in an extra job to meet the customers’ needs.

The fact that it is a relatively new and upcoming company I look forward to working here as the company develops and grows.


What attracted you to working with Pinnacle Surveyors?

I was working for a company in Derby and their office moved further afield and I was tired of the commute. This position came up and I saw that my skill set was much suited for the role so I applied and the rest is history!


What do you do outside of work?

Socialising with friends and family, making my house a home, reading & being a crazy cat lady!
